The Rensselaer City School District and Project AWARE program are proud to present the Youth Nominated Support Team (YST), an evidence-based mental health support system designed to assist students and families.

This is a no-cost program that empowers youth aged 12 and older to actively participate in their treatment. The YST model helps students build a personalized team of caring adults who will encourage and support their recovery journey.

If your student is experiencing mental health challenges and you believe YST may be a beneficial option, please reach out to the RCSD Pupil Personnel Office. A team member can guide you through the process and determine if the YST program is the right fit to support your student and family.
