Weight Room Days/Hours Updated
Here is the new list of days and times for the weight room for the rest of July. This is a good chance for our athletes to work out before the fall sports season begins.
When students come to school for workouts, they can enter through the auditorium doors if they arrive between 8:25 and 8:30. Then, they should go to the weight room. If they arrive after 8:30, they should go to the back of the school. Use the doors closest to the weight room (between the loading dock and south gym). A coach will open those doors at 8:30. After that, students can knock on the door. A coach will come out of the weight room to open the doors for students.
***Please note: This replaces all old practice schedules. Please check the school calendar. Currently, there are no workouts from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
